In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt.

If you wish to return the goods, please inform us in writing of your decision (by sending an appropriate statement by e-mail to or by post to our company address).

You are responsible for the costs of return.

You shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the Product resulting from your use of the Product beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product. Therefore, we strongly urge you to ensure that when returning the goods you pack them in such a way as to reduce transport damage.

We will reimburse you the cost of the product and the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered in our Shop), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed about yours decision to withdraw from this contract.

Please note! We may withhold reimbursement until we received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Our products come with a 24-month guarantee. In addition, we would like to assure you that already at the design stage of a furniture, we attach great importance to its proper packaging in order to minimise as much as possible the risk of damage in transit.

However, If you notice any problem with the received product, please contact us immediately. Our Customer Service Department will deal with your request immediately and offer an appropriate solution (within a maximum of 30 days of receipt of the complaint).

We would appreciate if you could also send us the attached form with the photos/videos of damaged part.
This will enable us to process your complaint efficiently, assess the problem and offer an appropriate solution.
